Can I Change The Shipping Address For My Order?

If you wish to update the shipping address of your order, please reach out to us immediately at support@ozzimozie.com We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Just a heads up, though – we can only make changes to your order if it hasn’t been picked and packed by our logistics team yet. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once the shipping process kicks off, it becomes a bit tricky to make alterations. That’s why it’s super helpful to let us know about any changes ASAP.

Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
