If you believe you’ve received a defective product or your item has developed issues after a few uses, we recommend first consulting the instruction manual to ensure proper setup and usage. Please provide us with a picture or video highlighting the defect or damage, and we’ll be happy to assist you. If your order is still within the warranty period (360 days for electronic devices, 60 days for non-electronic devices), we’ll promptly arrange for a free replacement to ensure your satisfaction. It’s important to note that you are not required to return the defective item.
