What Are Your Guidelines For Returns?
Our Returns Policy allows for returns within 90 days from the date your order arrives at your address. As the buyer, you’re responsible for returning the product(s) to us for assessment, repair, or exchange, including covering the return shipping costs. Please note that the original priority shipping fees and any additional warranty purchased with your order are non-refundable.
To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a straightforward and efficient return policy. Simply contact us at support@ozzimozie.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the instructions, and a Return Merchandise Authorization Form.
Please take note of the following when returning an item:
- Returning orders to an address other than our official return address in Asia, or without including the Return Merchandise Authorization Form, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Personal drop-offs are strictly prohibited and may result in the refusal of a refund or delays in processing.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect, like-new condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or are no longer sealed. To proceed with a return for a refund, please submit a photo of the sealed product to our support team.

Upon receiving your package, we’ll conduct a quality check to ensure the item is in like-new condition and free from damage. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact and a clean unit, to qualify for a refund. Remember to include all accessories and the Return Merchandise Authorization Form with any returns for faster processing. Additionally, we recommend using a mailing option with tracking to ensure the safe delivery of your package.
Disclaimer: Returned items with broken packaging or not in their original product packaging will result in a deduction from the refund.
