How Long Does The Return Process Take?

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse in Asia, it undergoes a thorough quality check. Please note that our returns warehouse inspects returned items in weekly batches. Your refund will be processed promptly after the inspection is complete. If the item is deemed ineligible for a refund due to use or damage, our team will promptly contact you via email.

After your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirming that your refund is being processed. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for your order. Please allow 5-10 business days or longer for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
On your bank statements, the refund will typically appear as “GA BRANDS OZZI MOZIE, OZZI BRANDS, or SMEDIA OZZI MOZIE” depending on the payment method used.
