Track Your Order

To track your order, enter your order number and email address, or your tracking number in the fields above and click “Track”. You will find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation, which we will send you immediately after the products are shipped.

It may take some time for the tracking system to process the tracking number. Wait 48 to 72 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation to track your shipment.

Don’t worry. Even if the tracking number doesn’t work right away, your order is 100% shipped when you receive a shipping confirmation. If you receive a “tracking unavailable” page, don’t worry. Just send us a message or email and we will make sure it is correct!

Our average delivery time is 7-10 business days. However, due to the high volume of orders, weather conditions, and customs fees, it can take up to 12 business days depending on the season.
